Where it begins

Turning ideas into
products people
love to use.

Every product is an act of creation. My favorite part is the spark — the moment a sketch becomes a deploy, an idea becomes a click.

About

I like the part where the plan meets prod.

I'm Rabin — a frontend engineer who's spent the last five years turning half-finished Figmas and napkin sketches into things real people use, every day.

I sit happily between design and engineering. I'll argue about line-height on a Tuesday, ship a terraform change on a Wednesday, and write the doc explaining both on a Thursday. The most interesting work for me is the messy middle — where the plan meets prod and you find out what's actually true.

Currently building at UXCam. Previously: Veda-App, BitpointX, RGB IT Solution.

What I do

Four things, end to end.

Not a grocery list — a capability set. Each one of these I've taken from kickoff, through prod, and supported through to a calmer Monday.

01 / SHIPS THAT TALK BACK

Products that talk back.

React + Next.js apps that ship animation, accessibility, and i18n as features — not afterthoughts.

Motion WCAG RTL+ i18n
02 / DESIGN SYSTEMS

Frontends that don't ossify.

Token-driven design systems that survive a re-skin, a new PM, and a new feature on the same day.

Tokens Storybook Per-team typed Theming
03 / FULL STACK

A whole stack on AWS.

Comfortable end to end. Lambda, S3, CloudFront, IaC — enough to ship a feature without waiting on backend.

Serverless Containers IaC
04 / OWNERSHIP

Take the plan all the way.

From RFC, to roll-out, to support — the whole loop. Owned, mentored, documented, deprecated when it's time.

Experience

Five years, four real jobs.

Each role expanded the scope I owned: from client sites, to a team of three, to sole ownership of a Web SDK that thousands of B2B clients depend on.

2024 →

Senior Frontend Engineer UXCam ↗

Sole owner of UXCam's Web SDK serving thousands of B2B clients, driving the roadmap, architecture, and production calls end to end. Pitched and shipped the Flutter Web Replay Capture SDK that opened a new revenue line, cut dashboard API calls by 33% with service-worker caching, and won the 2025 internal AI Hackathon with "AI for Renewals". Also own the frontend observability stack and the CI/CD pipeline.

Mid-Senior Frontend Engineer Veda-App ↗

Led a frontend team of three on a school-operations suite running in 1,200+ schools. Owned the full lifecycle across React, Next.js, Vue, and Lit, migrated a legacy PHP/jQuery codebase to web components, and shipped Veda Inventory, Veda Monitoring, a Next.js CMS, and a Gemini-powered chatbot with Redis and BullMQ rate limiting.

React / Next.js Developer BitpointX ↗

Built SEO-focused React, Next.js, and Svelte apps including WiseAdmit, a student-consulting platform shipped end to end. Integrated HubSpot, Amplitude, GA, and Hotjar, set up Jest and React Testing Library, and led a Svelte to SvelteKit migration while mentoring trainees on the path from core JS to React.

React / Next.js Developer RGB IT Solution

Delivered React, Next.js, and HTML projects across telemedicine, restaurant ordering, and portfolio sites. Worked with Tailwind, Bootstrap, Redux, TanStack Query, and Framer Motion on small budgets and tight timelines, learning how the boring parts of the job are the parts that matter.

How I work

A loop, not a line.

  • 01

    Talk & align

Read the doc. Get on the call. Get to the smallest version that's still valuable.

  • 02

    Design in code

Prototype in real React. Tokens before pixels. Real content, real states, real edge cases.

  • 03

    Ship to prod

Behind a flag, observable, reversible. Tuesdays — always Tuesdays.

  • 04

    Learn & write it down

Post-mortem the surprises. Write the doc. Re-skin the loop. Repeat.

01

Talk & align

The questions that don't get asked here become the surprises in prod. So I ask them.

02

Design in code

Real React, real content, real states. Faster than Figma for everything past the first sketch.

03
SHIP
flag-on deploy monitor

Ship to prod

Small, reversible, observable. Roll out behind a flag, watch the chart, then breathe.

04
› the bundle grew 18kb — why?
› a11y missed: focus trap in modal
› what would I do differently next time

Learn & write it down

If it isn't written down, it didn't happen. The doc is the artifact, not the deploy.

Writing

Stuff I wrote down so I'd remember.
